प्रतिभागी गण: फॉर्म भरने से पहले नीचे दी गई नियमावली अवश्य पढ़ लेवें (Read the terms and conditions fully before you fill the form):
- साधना और सेवा करने के भाव से प्रतिभागी भाग लें। (Please register and participate for enhancing your Sadhana and Seva to Community)
- सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए अनिवार्य होगा कि संस्था द्वारा निर्धारित नियमों व समय-सारिणी के अनुसार प्रवास करें। (All Registrants have to follow schedule and Rules and Regulations as laid done by JVB)
- शिविर हेतु निर्धारित समय-सारिणी व दिनचर्या का पालन करना अनिवार्य रहेगा। शिविर की सात दिवसीय अवधि में उपस्थित रहना आवश्यक होगा। (All Participants are expected to strictly obey daily schedule and routine as given and remain present for all Seven Days.
- चित्त समाधि शिविर में साप्ताहिक बुकिंग 4 महिने पहले शुरू हो जाएगी, पहले आओ पहले पाओ के अनुसार ऑनलाइन बुकिंग/ रजिस्ट्रेशन किया जाएगा। रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क सात दिन का 700/रु. निर्धारित है। (Chitta Samadhi Camp Online Booking will start 4months prior and will be on First come First Serve basis at Rs. 700 Registration charges per person for 7-days.
- पुरुष और महिलाओं की आवास व्यवस्था अलग-अलग रहेगी। एक रूम में चार या छः व्यक्तियों को ठहराया जाएगा। (Gents and Ladies Accomodation will be separate and every room will have 4-6 persons on sharing basis)
- भोजन व्यवस्था चित्त समाधि भवन में ही रहेगी। सात्विक भोजन समय-सारिणी के अनुसार उपलब्ध होगा। बाह्य खाद्य आदि का सेवन स्वीकार्य नहीं रहेगा। साधु-साध्वियों की गोचरी भी चित्त समाधि केन्द्र में करवाने की व्यवस्था रहेगी। (Your Food arrangements will be in same Building as per pre-decided nourishing meal menu. No external food is allowed. Saints/ Sadhaviji Gochari arrangements will also be in same premise.)
- व्हील चेयर उपलब्ध रहेगी परन्तु लाने ले जाने की व्यवस्था स्वयं ही देखनी होगी। (Wheel Chairs are available but relevant pick up and drop arrangements are to be made at your level.)
- चित्त समाधि केन्द्र में पचास से अस्सी वर्ष तक के व्यक्ति ही भाग ले सकते है। (This Camp registration is available only for Age group 50 to 80 years.)
- असाध्य रोग से ग्रसित व गंभीर रोगी भाग न ले। किसी भी प्रकार का नशा पूर्णतया वर्जित रहेगा। (Persons with Critical Medical condition/ Disability/ Needing monitoring/ Unable to walk are not expected to participate in these Camps. All addictive habits are strictly banned during stay.)
- स्टेशन, बस स्टॉप, एयरपोर्ट आदि से आने-जाने की व्यवस्था शिविरार्थी स्वयं की ही रहेगी। (You need to make suitable arrangements for pickup from Station, Bus Stop, Airport at your own)
- मौसम अनुसार अपने कपड़े आदि साथ में लेकर आए, साथ ही आपके आवश्यकता के सामान और दवाई आदि अवश्य साथ लेकर आए। (Please carry suitable Clothing as per Weather Condition and also remember to carry your Medicines and necessary things.)
- जैन विश्व भारती द्वारा उपरोक्त नियमों में यथासमय कुछ परिवर्तन संभव हैI नियमों के सम्बन्ध में जैन विश्व भारती केन्द्रीय टीम का निर्णय अंतिम और मान्य होगाI (Necessary changes in the above terms & conditions is possible by JVB. Our central team’s decision shall be final and acceptable to all participants.)
